Outstanding hospitality! the staff made me feel welcome and at home from the very first moment. the way I was greeted was special and warm. the receptionists were ready for me and the check, in process was smooth and stress, free. English level skills of the staff were above expectations. the breakfast experience was excellent, with the waiters being very helpful and attentive. the room cleaning service was also top, notch, with the housekeepers going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful park and a large shopping mall nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel situated in a stunning and convenient location. The proximity to the Vadistanbul mall made it easy to shop and dine out. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided great service and even arranged a birthday surprise. We enjoyed the fast response time of the hotel. The garden near the hotel was perfect for our family with children.

The swimming pool water was a bit cold for us to enjoy.

The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. this hotel provided excellent service and fantastic amenities to make my stay here truly memorable.

I nostri soggiorno presso un hotel della città è stato fantastico. Le strutture dell'hotel erano pulite e ben mantenute. La posizione era ottima, vicino al centro della città e di fronte al mare. Inoltre, l'hotel era situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e proprio accanto alla spiaggia. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente disponibile e accogliente, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre richieste. La colazione era gustosa e soddisfacente. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di parcheggio e il trasporto nella città è stato conveniente. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.
